Dialogflow Conversation Design

Learn how to design multi-turn conversations in Dialogflow

When you go from designing one-and-done bots (that is, those which have just a single turn of conversation - e.g. "OK Google, set a timer for 5 minutes") to those which should have multiple turn conversations, you will find that it gets trickier.

In this course, I explain why it is tricky, and provide some foundational concepts which you can use to create complex, multi-turn conversations in your chatbots.

In addition, lot of people ask "Is Dialogflow open source?" It is not. However, in my Dissecting Intent Mapping chapter, I show you many tips which will help you get insight into what is happening under the hood of intent mapping. In turn, this will help you better predict how your bot will behave even without access to Dialogflow's source code.
